МАТЕМАТИЧНЕ МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ДИНАМІЧНОЇ ТЕПЛОВОЇ РЕАКЦІЇ БАГАТОШАРОВОЇ СТІНОВОЇ КОНСТРУКЦІЇ ЗА ПЕРІОДИЧНОГО ТА ІМПУЛЬСНОГО ТЕПЛОВОГО НАВАНТАЖЕННЯ

Abstract

Актуальність. Стаціонарний термічний опір не дає вичерпної характеристики багатошарових огороджень за змінних температурних впливів, оскільки не враховує просторового розподілу теплової інерції та режиму збудження. Предмет дослідження: динамічна теплова реакція стаціонарно еквівалентної тришарової стінової конструкції за періодичного та скінченного імпульсного теплового навантаження. Мета дослідження: оцінити вплив порядку шарів, температурозалежних теплофізичних властивостей і компенсованого міжшарового термічного опору за незмінного сумарного стаціонарного термічного опору. Завдання дослідження. Сформувати сценарії B, O, N, C5 і C10; визначити режимно відповідні показники; перевірити чисельну стійкість і роздільність ефектів. Методи дослідження. Використано одновимірну модель нестаціонарної теплопровідності, граничні умови Робіна, метод скінченних об’ємів, неявну схему Ейлера, ітерації Пікара, енергетичні й міжшарові діагностики та просторово-часове уточнення. Результати дослідження. Для всіх конфігурацій забезпечено Rtot=3,65315м²·К/Вт. Просторово-часова чисельна невизначеність становила 0,325166 % за порогу 0,5 %. Для пари B/O ефект змінив знак від −0,905363% у періодичному режимі до +0,56625% в імпульсному; відношення ефекту до невизначеності становили 79,2365 і 88,85. Для N періодичний ефект −2,00484% був розділений, а імпульсний −0,282142% залишився нерозділеним. Ефекти C5/C10 також не були чисельно розділені. Висновки. Контрольована стаціонарна еквівалентність разом з оцінкою чисельної невизначеності дає змогу розділяти режимно залежні ефекти; зміна знака встановлена лише для дослідженої пари B/O та використаних показників.
