Dear readers and authors of scientific articles!

On behalf of the editorial board of the printed scientific professional journal "Control, Navigation and Communication Systems", I would like to address university teachers, postgraduate students, scientists, and practitioners.

Our "Collection", which has been published regularly since 2007, is a highly professional publication of national level, the main purpose of which is to highlight pressing problems in the fields of control, navigation, and communication systems, and to ensure the widest possible dissemination of information on ways to solve them.

The "Collection" is included in the list of scientific professional publications where the results of dissertation works can be published. It regularly publishes the most significant achievements of leading scientists, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, teachers, students, and practitioners. Today we focus on the most modern vectors of scientific development, so the publications in the "Collection" cover innovative research in the fields of computer science and engineering, cybersecurity, information systems, electronics and electronic communications, as well as automation and robotics.

I emphasize that the editorial board of the "Collection" includes leading specialists from research and educational institutions of Ukraine and abroad. Today, our team unites 11 highly qualified scientists: 9 Doctors of Sciences (in the fields of technical, physical and mathematical, engineering sciences, and national security) and 2 Candidates of Technical Sciences. The geography of our editorial board covers leading scientific centers of Ukraine (Poltava, Kharkiv, Kyiv), and also involves foreign experts, in particular representatives of the European Union countries (Latvia, Poland) and Azerbaijan. Such representation ensures our "Collection" high-quality peer review and international publicity of topical issues in technical sciences.

We are well aware that gaining recognition at the international level is possible only by having a sufficiently high citation index of works. That is why we are working to include the "Collection" in well-known international scientometric databases and to ensure the presentation of information about it in the world's leading libraries.

We invite all interested parties to cooperate: authors - to submit topical articles reflecting information about the significant contributions of their research to the development of modern IT technologies, computer-integrated systems, instrumentation, and cyber defense; researchers and practitioners - to obtain information about modern achievements of scientific thought; students and postgraduates - to gain experience in summarizing and publishing the results of their own scientific research. We look forward to fruitful long-term cooperation in this matter with authors and readers.

Sincerely,
Editor-in-Chief
of the "Academic Journal.
Control, Navigation and Communication Systems"
V. Kosenko
