Article Processing Charge

General Open Access Policy

The collection of scientific papers "Control, Navigation and Communication Systems" supports the Open Access policy. All articles are freely available to readers on the Internet immediately upon publication. To cover organizational expenses (editorial processing, layout, assignment of digital identifiers, indexing in databases, and hosting), authors pay an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Publication Fee

The cost of processing and publishing an article in the collection is 70 UAH per 1 page of text formatted according to the journal's requirements.

Waiver Policy

Seekers of the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education (postgraduate students) who study at the expense of the state budget are exempt from paying the publication fee. This privilege applies exclusively on the condition of single authorship of the article (without co-authors).

Payment Procedure

In order to adhere to publication ethics and avoid conflicts of interest, payment is accepted exclusively after the successful completion of the independent peer review procedure and the official decision of the editorial board to accept the article for publication. After the manuscript is approved, the editorial office sends the authors an email with the corresponding notification and bank details. To confirm the transaction, an electronic copy of the payment document must be sent to the official email address of the editorial office.
