Fee Waiver Policy

The editorial board of the collection of scientific papers "Control, Navigation and Communication Systems" guarantees complete exemption from any fees (charges) for the processing, peer review, and/or publication of articles submitted by seekers of the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education (postgraduate students) studying at the expense of the state budget, provided that such articles are authored by them solely (without co-authors).
