The relevance of the study is determined by the unprecedented increase in the number of veterans in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale war and the need to shift from fragmented social protection measures to a holistic model of reintegration that accounts for the social, professional, and economic dimensions of veterans' return to civilian life. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive review and systematization of foreign experience in veteran reintegration in order to identify pathways for forming inclusive ecosystems of socio-economic resilience and security. The study employs methods of systemic and comparative analysis, generalization, and typologization, which allows for identifying common features and differences among national models of veteran support. Approaches of selected European Union member states, as well as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Israel to the social, professional, and economic reintegration of veterans are examined. A typology of reintegration models is generalized according to the nature of institutional interaction, the dominant support mechanisms, and the level of involvement of the state, business, and civil society. A model of an inclusive veteran reintegration ecosystem is proposed, with the veteran positioned at its center and the state, community, business, and educational and public institutions serving as key actors of interaction, combined with functional support blocks. The relationship between the effectiveness of veteran reintegration and the socio-economic resilience and security of the state is substantiated through the preservation of human capital, the reduction of social exclusion, and the strengthening of social cohesion. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of dispersed international experience into a single structured model suitable for adaptation to Ukrainian realities. Guidelines for forming a Ukrainian veteran reintegration ecosystem are identified, taking into account the European vector of development.
