Aims and Objectives

The purpose of the scientific journal "Economy and Region" is to highlight, generalize and disseminate the results of scientific research in key areas of modern economic science, promote the development of the national and regional economy, form a scientific basis for effective management of economic processes at various levels, as well as integrate Ukrainian economic science into the world scientific space.

The main objectives of the journal:
- publication of scientific research on economics and management of the national economy;
- coverage of problems of development of productive forces and regional economy;
- popularization of research in the field of economic theory and history of economic thought;
- analysis of trends in the world economy and international economic relations;
- research on economics and management of enterprises by types of economic activity;
- disclosure of issues of the economics of natural resources and environmental protection;
- coverage of problems of demography, labor economics, social economy and social policy;
- analysis of the functioning of the monetary system, finance and banking;
- publication of materials on accounting, analysis and audit;
- development of statistical research in economics;
- introduction and popularization of mathematical methods, models and information technologies in economic research;
- research on issues of economic security of the state and business entities;
- creation of a platform for scientific discussion, exchange of experience and implementation of research results into practice.
