Європейський досвід організаційно-правового забезпечення сталого просторового розвитку

Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу європейського досвіду організаційно-правового забезпечення сталого просторового розвитку територій. Дослідження включає аналіз законодавства, регуляторної бази та стратегічних документів, які регулюють процеси сталого просторового розвитку територій Європейського Союзу. У роботі проаналізовані найбільш ефективні інструменти та практики, які застосовуються в Європі для забезпечення сталого розвитку на різних територіальних рівнях: місцевому, регіональному та національному. Окреслено напрями і механізми взаємопоєднання просторового й соціально-економічного планування, реалізації інтегрованого просторового розвитку на національному, регіональному і місцевому рівнях. В статті визначені основні ролі державних та громадських інституцій щодо організації сталого просторового розвитку територій.
