Abstract

We have performed the analysis of modern methods of obtaining and processing the images of gas discharge radiation. This work presents the results of experimental studies of state of people based on the images of the discharge glow fingers in a pulse electromagnetic field. A new technique is proposed for the analysis of colour images of the discharge emission based on histograms of pixel brightness for three basic colors. We have developed rules for the classification of images based on the quantitative values of the global and local extrema of histogram envelopes that are calculated using the peak detector.
