Abstract

The main problem of quality management of the telecommunications network is that the mobile operator is guided only by its own customer service infrastructure and by the used technologies. However, today there is an opportunity to implicate additional leased server resources to serve more subscribers and improve QoS performance. This article proposes a set of methods for managing the quality of service of heterogeneous telecommunication systems. The main problems of quality control of an integrated network, connected with the implication of additional resources for servicing subscribers, are analyzed. The problem of determining the necessary number of additional resources at the current time is formulated and the ways of its solution are proposed.
