The task of assessing the quality of the training process during the training of specialists of technical specialties is being addressed in order to develop the scientific basis for the organization of the process of training, retraining and advanced training of specialists of technical specialties: laboratory workshop and the use of computer simulators to obtain the necessary skills for the safe execution of technological operations. A developed approach to assessing the effectiveness of information acquisition, which allows the formation, development and improvement of employee training, thereby increasing both their qualifications and the readiness to observe working conditions and safety requirements in the workplace during the implementation of production processes.Downloads
