Abstract

Due to the constant increase in the amount of data stored and processed by information systems, a careful design of the system architecture is required to avoid a decrease in the flexibility and quality of data processing. The purpose of this work is to analyze the architecture and software development technologies of a parallel distributed application. It is proposed to develop and implement an electronic document management system in the administrative system of a higher educational institution. The article provides analytical modeling by the COMET method of the document management system of a higher educational institution. The scientific novelty of this study is that the resulting model allows for further mathematical modeling of the system in order to estimate the parameters of the real system and identify bottlenecks. Such a model is of practical value for further research, expanding the functionality of the system, as well as for training new employees of a higher education institution.
