The aim of the work is to use a systems approach as a methodology for building information and communication technologies in the bases of system properties, system resources and structures of information technology life cycles. The article discusses the implementation of a systematic approach to managing the life cycle of information and communication technology, which includes two main stages: the external stage and the internal stage. The life cycle of information and communication technology is considered like a target structure of the stages of transformation of information and communication technology. The types of information and communication technology provision are presented, taking into account the multidimensionality of the tasks solved in the conditions of its functioning. Conclusion. This approach in a more detailed study in the future will increase the efficiency of development of all types of software for effective management of the life cycle of information and communication technology, taking into account the multifaceted nature of the tasks under operating conditionsDownloads
