Значення транснаціональних природних парків для розвитку територіальних громад

У статті представлено результати дослідження особливостей, умов функціонування та перспектив розвитку транснаціональних природних парків, а також їхній вплив на розвиток місцевих громад. Дослідження грунтується на порівняльному аналізі природоохоронних об’єктів Східно-Карпатського біосферного заповідника, розташованого на межі Польщі, Словацької Республіки та України. Обгрунтовано низку спільних факторів, що визначають розвиток туризму та рекреації в національних парках цих країн; обгрунтовано ключові показники, які дають змогу визначити економічний вплив природно-заповідних об’єктів на місцеву економіку. Зроблено висновок, що великі транскордонні природні парки та прикордонні заповідники суттєво впливають на місцеву економіку та можуть надавати поштовх розвиткові прикордонних громад. Розташування природного парку або заповідника в межах території громади є для останньої суттєвою економічною та соціальною перевагою, оскільки туризм здатен генерувати суттєву частку доходів місцевих бюджетів.
