Інструменти фінансового управління в задачах забезпечення конкурентоспроможності продукції тваринництва
Анотація
Одним з важливих факторів комерційного успіху компанії є бюджетування, оскільки воно допомагає
менеджерам, відповідальним за конкретний бізнес-процес, чітко розуміти і виконувати поставлені
перед ними завдання. Також допомагає оцінити можливості та вчасно спланувати їх досягнення,
внести необхідні корективи, розробити план ресурсного забезпечення компанії. В сучасних умовах
господарювання для успішного функціонування підприємствам важливо прогнозувати критичні
ситуації. Виробники та підприємці повинні застосовувати проактивний підхід до питань якості та
безпеки, оскільки, коли виникають проблеми, вони мають серйозні негативні наслідки для відповідної
компанії. Метою даного дослідження є оцінка та ідентифікація порядку і механізму застосування
інструментів бюджетування на підприємствах-виробниках тваринницької продукції та підвищення
конкурентоспроможності.
