The quality control system

The editorial board practices double-blind peer review.

Reviewing of articles carries out by two independent doctors of sciences or by one doctor of sciences for doctor’s (professor’s) articles. One of reviewers necessarily is Ukrainian or foreign member of Editorial Board of Academic journal.

A reviewer in writing presents in Editorial Board review in that confirms absence of conflict of interests, accordance to the requirements, possible remarks and conclusion regarding acceptance of the article for publication or its rejection. The form of review is stated below; in it there are criteria after that the article is accepted or rejected.

The editorial board is entitled to send an article for additional reviewing.

The editorial board is entitled to carry out the scientific and literary editing of the accepted materials; where applicable it is authorized to cut them upon consultation with the author, or, whereas the subject of an article is of interest for the magazine, to send the article back to the author for refining.

The Editorial board reserves the right to decline an article, if it is irresponsive to the applicable requirements or the subject of the magazine.

In case the submitted article is rejected, the Editorial board sends the author a reasonable conclusion.
