Open Access Policy

The journal “Academic Journal. Industrial Machine Building, Civil Engineering” adheres to the principles of open access to scholarly information in accordance with the provisions of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). The journal’s policy is aimed at ensuring free, immediate, and unrestricted access to research results for a wide range of users.

All journal materials are available in open access immediately upon publication, without financial, technical, or time restrictions. Users are allowed to freely read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles, as well as use them for scientific, educational, and other lawful purposes, provided that copyright requirements are respected.

The journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, which предусматривает:

• mandatory attribution of authorship and source of publication;
• permission to copy, distribute, and adapt the materials;
• use of the materials exclusively for non-commercial purposes;
• distribution of derivative works under the same license terms.

Authors retain copyright to their published works and grant the journal the right of first publication. At the same time, authors have the right to:

• use the article materials in full or in part in their own scientific and educational activities;
• include research results in dissertations, monographs, and educational materials;
• deposit the final version of the article in institutional or subject repositories, on personal websites, or other open platforms, provided that proper reference to the original publication in the journal is given.

The editorial office supports the principles of open science and encourages authors to ensure the availability of research data, including by depositing them in open repositories in accordance with the FAIR principles (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability).

All journal materials are used in compliance with applicable copyright legislation. The only restriction on the use of publications is the requirement to provide proper attribution to the author(s) and the source of the first publication, ensuring the integrity of the scholarly work and correct citation.

The journal ensures long-term preservation and accessibility of published materials through its official website and scientific electronic resources, thereby enhancing the visibility, citation impact, and integration of research results into the international scientific community.
