Author Guidelines

The journal accepts for consideration original research articles that correspond to the journal’s thematic scope and comply with the principles of academic integrity. Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment and, if they meet the established criteria, are sent for double-blind peer review.

Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the journal’s online submission system using the author’s personal account. All stages of the editorial process—including submission, initial screening, peer review, communication with the editorial office, submission of revised versions, and final acceptance—are carried out through this system. All official communication between authors and the editorial office takes place exclusively via the online system. Submissions sent by email or other channels are not considered.

Submission of a manuscript implies that the work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere. All authors must be familiar with the content of the article and agree to its submission and dissemination in repositories. Authors are also responsible for obtaining permission to use any third-party materials (e.g., figures, tables, datasets). Where applicable, research must be approved by relevant ethics committees in accordance with applicable regulations.

After submission, the manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess its relevance to the journal’s scope, scientific quality, compliance with formatting requirements, and absence of academic misconduct. The editor reserves the right to reject a manuscript without peer review if it does not meet the minimum quality standards or falls outside the journal’s scope.

To increase the likelihood of acceptance, authors are advised to clearly define the research problem, justify the relevance of the study, ensure logical structure and coherence, and demonstrate scientific novelty and practical significance. The title should be concise and informative, and the abstract should be self-contained and reflect the main content of the study.

Authorship should include only individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research and manuscript preparation. All authors share responsibility for the content of the publication. Incorrect attribution of authorship, inclusion of individuals without actual contribution, or omission of true contributors constitutes a violation of publication ethics.

Authors must adhere to the principles of academic integrity, including avoiding plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification of data, ensuring the reliability of results, and properly citing all sources. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed.

Submission of a manuscript implies full agreement of the authors with the journal’s editorial policies, peer review procedures, open access conditions, and ethical standards. The editorial office reserves the right to reject or return manuscripts for revision if they do not meet the established requirements.
