The article examines the problem of developing a new paradigm of adaptive energy security management in Ukraine under the conditions of the full-scale war, systematic destruction of energy infrastructure, transformation of European energy markets, and the accelerating processes of decarbonization, digitalization, and decentralization of the energy sector. It is substantiated that traditional approaches, focused primarily on resource adequacy, reliability of energy supply, reserve capacity, and the mitigation of individual threats, do not fully correspond to the conditions of the simultaneous impact of military, economic, technological, environmental, cyber, and geopolitical risks. The purpose of the study is to advance the theoretical and methodological foundations of energy security management in Ukraine by substantiating the paradigm of energy resilience and developing a conceptual model of adaptive energy system management. Energy resilience is proposed to be interpreted as the systemic capacity of an energy system to anticipate and identify threats, absorb crisis impacts without a critical loss of functionality, maintain vital functions, adapt operating modes, recover rapidly, and undergo structural and technological transformation based on accumulated crisis experience. Based on systemic-structural and adaptive approaches, a functional decomposition of the energy ecosystem is proposed through the interaction of energy, economic, environmental, digital, and security subsystems. It is substantiated that resilience emerges as a systemic effect of their functional coherence and mutual reinforcement. A conceptual model of the paradigm of adaptive energy security management in Ukraine has been developed. The model is based on the principles of adaptability, decentralization and distributed organization, diversification, flexibility, modularity, functional redundancy, innovation, integrated physical and cyber protection, low-carbon transformation, and European integration. The practical value of the proposed model lies in its potential application in the formulation of national energy policy, the identification of priorities for post-war recovery, the modernization of critical infrastructure, the development of distributed generation, and the deepening of Ukraine’s integration into the European energy area
