Today, venture capital includes companies that specialize in financing and implementing innovative ideas, often associated with a high level of risk. One of the most common ways to obtain financing for research, development and technological work is the venture investment mechanism, which is gaining significant popularity in modern world practice. The purpose of this work is to study the geographical diversification of venture financing under the influence of globalization and identify key trends in the innovative development of countries around the world. The authors of the article emphasize that in the conditions of the modern global economy, venture business is an important driving force of innovative development, as it provides financing for high-risk projects that have significant potential for technological breakthrough and economic growth of countries. The authors analyzed the development of venture business in developed countries of the world in order to use their experience in domestic practice. In particular, the features of the development of venture business in the USA, some European countries, as well as in China and India, where venture capital has become an important tool for the development of technologies and stimulating economic growth based on digital innovations, are studied. It is emphasized that the difference between these countries lies not only in the volume of investments, but also in the methods of attracting these investments and priority areas for investment. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of venture financing in Ukraine. The authors formulated the following conclusions. Venture business has a huge impact on the economies of developed countries. Venture financing is becoming an important tool not only for the development of individual innovative projects, but also for the strategic transformation of the economy as a whole, which contributes to strengthening the country's positions in international markets and increasing its economic stability in the face of global competition. Venture financing for Ukraine is an extremely important source of investment attraction. The process of the country's recovery after the war provides significant opportunities for the development of many sectors, which will not only contribute to the restoration of infrastructure, but also create new economic opportunities for Ukraine.
