Анотація
Проаналізовано конкурентні переваги транснаціональних корпорацій в умовах сучасної світової економіки. Визначено основні конкурентні переваги ТНК, такі як: концентрація ресурсів; гнучкість інвестиційної політики; можливість участі у стратегічних альянсах; стандартизація діяльності та ін. З’ясовано, що ТНК мають значно більші конкурентні переваги, ніж національні компанії та навіть держави
