Запровадження смарт-контрактів при інвестиціях в інфраструктурні проекти

У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти використання смарт-контрактів як інструменту трансформації інвестиційних процесів у сфері інфраструктури. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування можливостей інтеграції смарт-контрактів у фінансові механізми реалізації інфраструктурних проєктів та визначення їх впливу на ефективність управління інвестиційними потоками. Узагальнено підходи до використання блокчейн-технологій у фінансовій інфраструктурі, визначено переваги автоматизації контрактних відносин, підвищення довіри між учасниками та забезпечення контролю за виконанням зобов’язань. Результати дослідження свідчать про потенціал смарт-контрактів як складової цифрових фінансових екосистем, що сприяють підвищенню ефективності реалізації інфраструктурних проєктів.
