Анотація

Робота присвячена детальному вивченню того, як інтегровані платформи планування корпоративних ресурсів впливають на зростання продуктивності компаній різних секторів в умовах процесів оцифрування. З'ясовано функціональні можливості сучасних технологічних рішень в контексті об'єднання основних бізнес-процесів та раціонального використання корпоративних можливостей. Виділено п'ять ключових напрямків впливу на людські, матеріальні, фінансові, організаційні та інформаційні активи. Обґрунтовано значення таких платформ як каталізатора процесів оцифрування та інструменту досягнення операційної досконалості. Проаналізовано організаційно-методичні аспекти впровадження, враховуючи ключові умови успіху, керування організаційними змінами та потребу адаптації до специфіки конкретного сектора. Доведено, що результативність технологічних рішень визначається комплексним підходом до об'єднання технічних, організаційних та управлінських складових з урахуванням особливостей окремої галузі господарства.
