Анотація

У статті наголошено, що в умовах глобальної турбулентності проблема вирівнювання розвитку країн-членів ЄС заслуговує на особливу увагу. Метою публікації є аналіз динаміки номінального ВВП на душу населення країн-учасниць ЄС протягом 2015-2024 років за даними ЮНКТАД, а також аналіз динаміки співвідношення ВВП на душу населення країн ЄС до середнього по ЄС ВВП на душу населення у контексті необхідності зменшення розбіжностей в соціально-економічному розвиткові між державами ЄС. Результати засвідчили збереження значної диференціації стану та динаміки розвитку членів ЄС. Обґрунтовано, що розв’язання проблеми вирівнювання розвиненості складових регіонального об’єднання залежить від якості функціонування наднаціонального органу управління, який має керуватися інтересами регіонального союзу як єдиного цілого, а не інтересами окремих, зокрема, найпотужніших учасниць угруповання. Посилення наднаціональності в ЄС знаходиться у прямій залежності від формування спільної для об’єднання ідентичності, яка і стане основою формування суверенітету блоку як єдиного цілого, а не механічної суми суверенітетів окремих держав ЄС.
